Maycember Is Ending—and I’m Ready to Breathe Again

If you know, you know—"Maycember" is a special kind of chaos. It's like the holiday season disguised as spring: end-of-year concerts, awards ceremonies, graduation parties, final exams, and somehow a thousand more things crammed into a 31-day sprint. It’s beautiful, emotional, and utterly exhausting.

Now that we’ve (almost) crossed the finish line, I wanted to take a moment to reflect, celebrate, and maybe even exhale a little.

This month was full of proud mom moments. Our son received several awards at school—his hard work and dedication truly shined this year. Our daughter wrapped up another successful year of university, and watching her grow into her own continues to fill my heart with awe.

At the same time, I’ve been in deep creation mode behind the scenes, working late nights on something I’m incredibly excited about—my upcoming Online Income Playbook summit. I’ve been curating an amazing lineup of speakers to help women start and grow online businesses, and I know you’re going to love it. I worked until 1AM just last night (or this morning?) locking in two incredible experts.

Worth it? Absolutely.
Exhausting? Oh yes.

And guess what? I’m still recruiting speakers! If you run an online business and have an email list of 3,000+ subscribers, I’d love to feature you in the summit. It’s completely free to participate and a great way to share your expertise with a new audience. Just email me at ateliermandaline@gmail.com or comment below.

Today, as I sit here running on minimal sleep and maximum gratitude, I’m counting down the hours until we pack up the car and head to our mountain cabin. School is officially out for summer, and my family is more than ready for some well-earned downtime.

The peace of the mountains, our private beach, and a break from the relentless to-do lists are exactly what we need right now. I’m craving quiet mornings with tea on the porch, long afternoons with no agenda, and the kind of rest that restores more than just your energy—it restores your spirit.

If you’re in the mood to do a little holiday weekend browsing, I’ve put all my eBay and Etsy shops on sale through Tuesday. You can find links to everything from my website here.

But before I unplug, I want to turn the conversation to you:

  • Did May hit you like a freight train, too?

  • What are you most proud of accomplishing this month?

  • And what are you most looking forward to this summer—work-related or not?

Let’s celebrate the wins and the weariness. Because big growth is a happy thing, but it also requires big effort. And if you’re feeling that same end-of-May burnout, know this—you’re not alone, and you’ve earned a break, too.

Here’s to rest, renewal, and a summer that refuels us all.
—Amanda 💛

P.S. Keep an eye out for more summit updates—I’ll be revealing the speaker list soon, and trust me, you don’t want to miss what’s coming.
